Disrupted Flights
On rare occasions North American airlines may experience a delayed or disrupted flight schedule. North American will make every effort to contact passengers prior to known delays whenever possible. Passengers are encouraged to always call our Flight Information Line prior to leaving for the airport for departures or meeting arrival flights. Flights departing and arriving JFK please call (800) FLY-NAA2 Passengers should be aware that not all reservations are made with North American Airlines Reservations. Our travel partners, such as Club Med and GWV Vacations may also be utilized as points of contact or may contact our passengers on our behalf. North American Airlines may provide meals, beverages or accommodations should an extensive delay develop. North American Airlines or one of our industry travel partners will provide ongoing communications at the airport where a delay occurs. On North American Airlines' scheduled service flights, should we be unable to operate a scheduled flight, we will transport the passenger on another of our flights on which space is available at no additional charge or if requested, issue a full refund of the purchase price of the unused portion of the passenger's ticket. |
